Shipping policy
At Cool Mood Objects, operated by Cool Mood Objects Retail LLP, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, securely, and promptly across India.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and handed over to our shipping partner within 24 to 48 hours of order placement (excluding Sundays and national holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive an automated tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.
2. Delivery Timelines
We ship pan-India via India Post (Speed Post) and priority express logistics services. Estimated delivery transit times are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
- Rest of India: 3 to 6 business days post-dispatch.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to unforeseen weather conditions, public holidays, or regional logistical restrictions.
3. Shipping Rates
- Orders with Cart Value ₹1,999 and above (including all 3D Floaters): FREE Express Shipping pan-India.
- Orders below ₹1,999 (stand-alone accessory orders like 360° Motor or Crystal Twister Tail): A flat shipping charge of ₹199 will be applied at checkout.
4. 100% Prepaid Model
To ensure swift fulfillment and prevent transit bottlenecks, all orders placed on our website must be 100% prepaid via secure UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, or NetBanking. We do not support Cash on Delivery (COD).
5. Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as your package is scanned by our courier partner, you will receive a consignment tracking number. You can track your shipment live using the link shared on your registered WhatsApp/email/SMS.
